Meet Jason (aka Lil J)
After more than 20 years behind the chair, I kept seeing the same thing.
People were spending more and more on shampoos, conditioners and styling products, but the step before shampoo was being overlooked.
That's where Lil J started.
I created our pre-wash treatments to give different hair types and scalp concerns targeted care before washing. They're simple to use, naturally derived and designed to become part of your routine just once a week.

A pre-wash treatment is applied to dry hair or scalp before shampooing. Lil J's treatments are designed to give your hair or scalp targeted care before you begin your usual wash routine.
How often should I use my Lil J treatment?
We recommend using your treatment once a week before shampooing. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing.
Where do I apply the treatment?
It depends on your mane. Apply Flake Off directly to your dry scalp. Apply Thick & Juicy, Fine & Fabulous and Bounce Back through the mid-lengths and ends.
What do I do after the treatment?
Shampoo twice to thoroughly cleanse and remove the treatment, then condition once and style as usual.
