How long is each appointment?

Appointments run for approximately 75 minutes depending on hair length and consultation needs.

What’s included in the price?

Your booking includes:

  • Targeted Lil J treatment
  • Professional haircut
  • Wash & condition
  • Blow dry & styled finish

Is the service prepaid?

A 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be payable on the day of your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

As this is a limited pop-up event, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your appointment date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment are non-refundable.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No, that’s Jason’s job. He’ll assess your hair and choose the most suitable Lil J treatment for your goals on the day.

Can I purchase products on the day?

Absolutely! After your appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to shop Lil J products, with personalised recommendations based on your hair.

Is this suitable for all hair types?

Yes. Every session is tailored to your individual hair type and goals.

Can I book for a friend?

Yes! You can book multiple time slots (subject to availability).
